We do not recommend part work except battery and check sealing and we do not supply watch parts
I have attended two Omega repair courses at Omega House and have all the tools, manuals and equipment recommended by Omega for servicing their watches.
Our main material supplier, Cousins UK, has been appointed official Omega spare parts stockist for the UK and can supply all Omega movement and casing parts and they offer an exchange system for the more expensive movements.
If you require a replacement
links/bracelets/clasps etc for Omega we require the number from inside the
clasp.
Complete bracelet numbers look like this 1455/448. The first four digits is the
bracelet body and the last three is the end piece. Only the first four digits is
required to order the Stainless Steel links .
We recommend you visit this web site
http://www.ofrei.com/page661.html to identify the parts required and either
obtain from the US or contact us if you will require these parts to be fitted.
Many modern Omega of less than 10 years old have ETA movements that we keep a stock of in this workshop. Water sealing and supply of genuine parts is available.

Here is some maintenance information from Omega
|
Preventive Maintenance
|
Service Intervals
What are the service intervals? 1. Avoid contact with water and dampness to prevent discoloration and deformation. 2. Avoid prolonged exposure to sunlight to prevent the colour from fading. 3. Do not forget that leather is permeable! Therefore avoid contact with greasy substances and cosmetic products. 4. If you have a problem with your leather strap, please contact your nearest OMEGA retailer. 5. In spite of the fact that the life expectancy of leather (as an organic material) is limited in time (sweat, wear and tear etc.) a leather strap should last for a period of about 6 months, without alteration of its aesthetic look.
